Slow Cooker Barbeque

Reviewed: May 17, 2009
My family loved this dish!!! You do need to drain the excess liquid before you shred and then add more sauce and continue to cook for another hour or so.

Black Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2009
This was an easy and yummy recipe. I used chicken broth and brown rice instead of white (it takes longer to cook). It is a good base recipe with room to make it your own.

Pumpkin Cookies V

These were a big hit! I agree with Emily - cooking time was longer and the icing needed to be a little thicker. I will be making these alot in the future.

Carrot Dill Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
This was delicious and easy. I cut out the first step and cooked everything together in one pot. First I sauted the onions and garlic and then added the carrots and broth and simmered until done. Then followed the rest of the recipe.
