Giant Crisp Chocolate Chip Cookies

I am hoping I'm missing something here. I did everything as stated in the recipes. Exact ingredients, preparation, and temperature. Yet these things are burned at half the cook time.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

I thought this was fantastic. I omitted bacon because I don't like it, but otherwise I stuck to the recipe. I served it with the Black Bean Couscous Salad from this site. Definitely making this again - scrumptious.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
This is a nice recipe. Tasted great (I added a bit of nutmeg, as suggested by other users). The only reason I didn't give this a five was the slightly odd texture (mine turned out so light that they were almost un-cookielike), and I also needed to add another half cup of flour because the dough seemed a bit too runny to mold into balls.

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: May 3, 2009
Yummy! I went ahead and took some user suggestions and added fresh garlic in addition to the seasonings. After dousing the chicken breasts in the melted butter I coated them in the seasonings and minced garlic, and then put them back in the pan to saute. I also took the advice from previous reviews and used chicken broth and flour to make gravy. It was great! Served it with sauteed mushrooms, spinach and broccoli. I'll make this again.

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Reviewed: May 3, 2009
Great recipe! I added an extra 1/4 cup of flour as one user suggested, and the cookies turned out beautifully. I made one mistake - I accidentally bought a 1 oz. box of pudding mix instead of the 3.4 oz. Since the cookies were so good, I can't imagine how wonderful they would be had I done things as directed. Next time I'll get the right amount of pudding mix, and I can't wait to try other flavors.

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: May 3, 2009
This is a truly amazing recipe!! I only made a few small changes: 1) I used red pepper flakes instead of hot chili paste 2)I added cilantro, shrimp, and broccoli. This had a WONDERFUL taste - better than some dishes I've had at restaurants. It was a hit with the boyfriend, too. Will make this repeatedly.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

LOVED this!! The only things I added were a teaspoon of vanilla and a teaspoon of salt. This was perfectly moist, very flavorful, and I don't feel guilty eating it. I will be making this repeatedly.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
I made these cookies a few hours ago, and there are none left!! My roommates devoured them in no time. After reading the reviews, I decided not to grease the cookie sheets, and I refrigerated the dough for an hour before baking. I also melted the butter before mixing it with the other ingredients. The size and texture of these cookies was amazing, not to mention the taste!! Will definitely make again.

Rosemary Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
This is a fantastic recipe!! I only used one pound of ground turkey because for whatever reason my local grocery store was only selling 1 lb packages and 2 lb packages...so I went with the 1 lb. I also added a cup of chopped green onions to this. After reading the reviews, I made a few other changes: 1) I used one cup of bread crumbs instead of two 2) I only used half of a red onion 3) I cut the milk and balsamic vinegar amounts in half 4)I only used 1/4 cup brown sugar for the topping. I also baked it for an hour after reading the reviews, and it turned out beautifully! Full of flavor, held it's form, and wasn't mushy at all. It's a keeper!!
