Pita Pizza

These were spectacular! I changed up the toppings a bit. I used a store bought garlic alfredo sauce that I had leftover from dinner the night before, and I added smoked provolone and broccoli with a bit of parmesan cheese on top. Absolutely decadent, and sooo easy and quick. Thanks a bunch for the recipe, I'll definitely be making these again.

Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast

We lost my father when I was very young but, as a child he would make this for our breakfasts. Being a military man, he referred to it as S* on a Shingle 8) LOL Takes exactly like my daddy's. Thank you so much, the taste of this dish brings back so many wonderful memories for me.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Delicious! You have to try this recipe for yourself to believe how great they are. I followed the recipe to the T and they came out perfect. So perfect in fact that I had to hide some from my family just to get to enjoy them too! Thanks for a fab recipe, I'll be coming back to this one again and again.

Marshmallow Fondant

Absolutely fabulous! So much better tasting than any pre-made fondant I have ever tasted. If it were possible to rate over a 5 I would definitely do so! What attracted me to this recipe was the ease in making the fondant. I was a little hesitant as lots of easy things don't taste all that great but, my fears were unfounded. This was absolutely a breeze to put together and so much fun to work with! Thank you so much for this awesome recipe. I'll never use store bought fondant again !!

No Bake Cookies III

I followed the recipe using the 1 minute time, however they didn't want to set. I was able to redeem them however, by adding 1/2 chocolate chips and 1/2 peanut butter chips to the still hot mixture, and sure enough they firmed right up. Once I did that, they had great texture and they were firm without being hard or crumbling. Yum! I'll definitely make these again but I think I'll boil for 2 minutes next time.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

I made these following the recipe except I spread out the crescent rolls one on top one on the bottom with the cheesecake mixture inside to make individual servings. Absolutely deliciously yummy! Thanks for a great recipe, its definitely a keeper 8)

Mini Cheesecakes I

These came out beautifully. I substituted oreo rings for the crust and I added 1/2 cup of cocoa powder to the cheese mixture for my chocolate loving family. They turned out beautifully! Thanks for the awesome recipe 8)

Black Bottom Cupcakes I

These were absolutely delicious! I just added my own little spin by adding 1/4 cup dark cocoa and substituting the chocolate chips for white chocolate chips. Hands down the best black bottom cupcake recipe I've had the pleasure of stumbling across. Thanks a bunch!

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

Absolutely decadent! I just made initially for a family get together but, my sweets loving family devoured the first pan so now I'm making more. I made absolutely no changes to this recipe and I have to say these are even better than my mother's coveted brownie cheesecake (but, we'll keep that our little secret 8) Thank you from the bottom of my stomach, this recipe is a definite keeper!
