I'm a 26 year old mother of two. I have a degree in graphic design and am currently working on a degree in photography. I am almost as passionate about cooking as I am about my photography, which actually means I'm obsessed 8) I love to make desserts for my family, though i am very very careful about what I consume 8)

Pita Pizza
These were spectacular! I changed up the toppings a bit. I used a store bought garlic alfredo sauce that I had leftover from dinner the night before, and I added smoked provolone and broccoli with a bit of parmesan cheese on top. Absolutely decadent, and sooo easy and quick. Thanks a bunch for the recipe, I'll definitely be making these again.

Creamed Chipped Beef On Toast
We lost my father when I was very young but, as a child he would make this for our breakfasts. Being a military man, he referred to it as S* on a Shingle 8) LOL Takes exactly like my daddy's. Thank you so much, the taste of this dish brings back so many wonderful memories for me.

Soft Sugar Cookies IV
Delicious! You have to try this recipe for yourself to believe how great they are. I followed the recipe to the T and they came out perfect. So perfect in fact that I had to hide some from my family just to get to enjoy them too! Thanks for a fab recipe, I'll be coming back to this one again and again.
