Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
Great recipe... I am not a big fan of pumpkin pie and this was enough pumpkin that I liked it for me. A must have alternative at Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
This recipe is consistantly asked for by my entire family. I add a quarter cup of sugar to the corn casserole to make it sweet and everybody loves it! Amazing recipe.

Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 21, 2011
Everyone loved this recipe. I added mini chocolate chips to the layer of caramel between the brownie and cheesecake. I also used 3 packages of cream cheese and increased the sugar and vanilla. It was amazing!! I also sprinkled pecans and mini chocolate chips to the top to give it extra umph. Definately a huge hit with the family. They are all asking for it again!

Dad's Best Burgers

Reviewed: May 21, 2011
These were just ok, more of a meatloaf than a burger. I would give them only three stars but my husband loved them so I will switch it to four.

Easter Egg Dipper Treats™

Reviewed: May 21, 2011
These were cute, a little messy but cute. My kids ended up only eating the part with chocolate and sprinkles but even the adults loved them. I was lucky to find edible grass for Easter whick made them that more lovely.

Hamburger Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2011
I am giving this a four out of five only because my husband thought they were great. I thought they were too soggy in the end weren't appetixzing to me. I made them exactly as the recipe was written. I did need more butter for the bread but maybe one extra tablespoon

Barbecued Beef

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
AWESOME! It was amazing! My fiance and I like our barbecue sauce a little sweeter so I added an extra 1/8 cup of brown sugar. I also didn't have any liquid smoke but we didn't miss it! It was great!

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
This was just ok, too much spinach. It didn't have that creamy taste I like in my dip. Some of my family members loved it and some thought it was just ok. I served it with Hawaiian bread and I think that helped.

Easy Crab Dip

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
This was very good and people loved it. I used less cocktail sauce because of previous reviews suggestions. It was great cold and not hard which I see from a lot of other dips. Perfect with crackers.

Bacon Dijon Cheddar Dip

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
It was good, but too hard. I had to make sure it was softened the next time I served it. It was too hard and broke crackers! Definately loved the flavor though, otherwise it would have a much lower score.

Baked Potato Salad II

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2009
I made this recipe and my family loved it. They kept asking me where I got it. The only thing I changed was adding black olives instead of green since my fiance isn't a fan of the green ones. Other than that it was perfect. Very very delicious.

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: May 20, 2009
I made this for my fiance and myself and it was really good. Ours didn't turn out as pretty as the picture mainly because I used chicken breast tenderloins. I also had a lot of apples fall out but I think it is because I used the smaller cuts of chicken. I thought it was pretty good and my fiance loved it. So if I could give it four and a half stars I would.

Turtle Cake II

Reviewed: May 12, 2009
My family loved this recipe. The only thing that I did was do 1.5 times the caramel and 3/4 cup evaporated milk. I also did 1.5 cups of pecans. Everyone loved it. Even my mother in law said "Small Children should not watch my reaction to this cake." It was awesome!

Cream of Mushroom Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2009
My fiance and I loved this recipe! It was so good... A little caution though, we tried it plain and then put it on top of brown rice. We agreed it took away from the seasoning of the dish that tasted perfect without it. So make sure your rice is well seasoned before you mix the two.

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2009
I made this recipe with the exact ingrediants and it was absolutely delicious. My husband's family came over and they thought it was great. The chicken was juicy and not salty at all. I did use Honey Dijon mustard instead of regular dijon mustard and thought it was fabulous.
