I have been making this recipe for several years and it is one of my favorite. Comes out perfect everytime. I always know these will be a big hit at any party. NOTE: The picture is from someone who used a chocolate cake mix - not a white cake mix as specified in the recipe.

P.J.'s Fresh Corn Salad

I was skeptical to make this since I've never had raw corn or zucchini. What a pleasant surprise - this was so refreshing, light, crisp, and yummy! I substituted light balsamic vinagarette and it was still great. You definately want to give this time to marinate - it tastes totally different after it's been in the fridge for a few hours. Also be prepared - this makes a HUGE bowl - way more than 8 servings.

Easy Salted Peanut Chews (Cookie Mix)

I tried this with the suggested variation of milk chocolate chips and it was superb! Took it to a potluck where there was several desserts and mine was definately the crowd favorite. This one is a keeper.
