Ingrid's Caesar Salad Dressing

Simple to make. Great taste. I was out of red wine vinegar so I used white wine vinegar but it made no difference. My fussy 9 yr old that only eats HVR Ranch dressing asked me to make it every night.

Good recipe, even the kids went back for seconds. I added some chopped garlic, used minced onion and a can of corn since those are what I had on hand. I drained the bacon grease and used the corn juice to cook the zucchini. Will make again.

Crab Rangoon III

Really good. Has potential for many variations. I baked them as suggested by one review. I also had a bit of mixture left over so I baked two wrappers and spread the mixture on top and I liked the crunch of the wrapper with the room temperature mix even better. Made a new variation tonight - I toasted English muffins, spread the filling on top and toasted again. The kids loved them !!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

This was very easy to throw together and let sit. We had my parents over and my mom was still talking about it 2 days later. Will definately make again. I may even try it with venision.

King Cake

This was a fun recipe. I also was concerned about the lack of rise, but it did not affect the taste at all. I reduced the amount of powdered suger and added cinnamon, brown sugar and chopped pecans to the filling. It was delicious.

Cowboy Cookie Mix in a Jar

Never mind the jar, these are not even making it to the cooling rack. My kids love them and I don't even like oatmeal and I am enjoying them. I did leave out the pecans and add a splash of milk. Thanks for a new family favorite.

Baked Whole Cauliflower

My husband who HATES cauliflower asked me to make this again. I did cut it into smaller pieces for my small children and sprinkles the topping over the whole casserole dish.

Magical Mint Kiss Cookies

These were by far the hit for this holiday season. The kids loved being able to help and the taste was wonderful. I just sprinkled lightly with powdered sugar and they gave a rich look when mixed with other hoiday cookies. Brought back memories of those special times when the kids got an Andes mint candy. Definately something to make all year round.
