Easy Meatloaf

This has been my go to meatloaf recipe for the past 3 years now. I do saute the onions first in butter, double the sauce and I substitute old fashioned oats for the bread crumbs. Delicious!

This was awesome and extremely easy to make. I soaked the noodles while I browned the meat. I added 1/2 cup parmesan cheese to the cheese mixture. I used a 45 oz jar of chunky spaghetti sauce since that is was I had. Thanks for the great recipe.

Portabella Burgers with Avocado Spread

I used nonfat greek yogurt and diced up some scallions since I was out of onions. This turned out fabulous, and they were so easy to make! Even the kids enjoyed it. I will definitely be making this again.

Kale and Banana Smoothie

This was a fantastic way to sneak in your veggies. I made it just as written and everyone (including my kids and my husband) loved it. I've also made it using fat-free milk and agave nectar with fabulous results. Instead of pouring over ice we just add some frozen berries to the mix.
