Turkey Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Not bad but not great either. Tasted nothing like a cheeseburger Made it with my gf. Her son didn't like it at all but her and I ate ours. I think it was a bit bland once you got past the sauce that was on top. The sauce however was great. Maybe if you used beef that's lean in place of turkey and add a lit more seasoning

Red and Green Christmas Jalapeno Jelly

Wow followed the recipe to the letter as I always do when canning. I loved it took it to a Christmas party served with cream cheese and crackers and people praised it. I did however wish it said what size jar I bought the smaller jelly jars so it made 12 jars.

Peanut Brittle

Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing

Good recipe, I followed it to the letter, I read where some say not to mince the onion and celery, but how do you measure? I used all fresh ingredients no powdered or Jared stuff and I was done in five minutes, so why cheat? Now as for taste, I like it but I'm used to a little more depth and I think that comes from sesame oil. So I might add a teaspoon to my next batch. I did let this sit a few before tasting and reviewing because most dressings taste better the next day.

Ok flavor I doctored it up after following to a tee. Oh what kind of hot sauce would be helpful. I used Franks red hot. Very runny I would reduce the buttermilk

Scott Ure's Clams And Garlic

Awesome it tasted like the clams at my favorite seafood resturant in San Francisco. A little wedge of lemon on the side made the flavor really pop.

Sweet Teriyaki sauce

This was so yummy on my grilled chicken. I cooked and cut it up before adding the sauce. Came out better than any restaurant I've eaten at so far, no kidding it was that good.

Freezer Persimmon Jam

Tasted great, I tast tested the persimmons first to make sure they were not fuzzy. It came out great and buttery sweet. I wonder if some people are leaving the skin on when they purée them, and that is why they say it tastes fuzzy

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

This is the only way to cook bacon if you like it crispy. Pluss How has a pan that can do a whole pound at once. MAKE SURE TO COOK ON A WRIE COOLING RACK ( ON A COOKIE SHEET) SO YOUR BACON IS NOT SITTING IN THE GREASE.

Bread and Butter Pickles II

Taco Seasoning in a bag

I am not a large fan of cumin so i tried this. It was great. Had all the beefy flavor you could ask for. I had to find the beef broth in the Mexican isle at the store. It was in a jar and it a loose powder like the garlic powder. It helped give it a deeper flavor.

Cheese Enchiladas

These are great. I made them a few times. I first over cooked the tortilla but then I reread the recipe and found my mistake. These tast just like the ones you would get in a Mexican restaurant. I keeping this one for the next pot luck I'mk sure it will be a hit!

Collard Greens? Wow Really?

Easy to make and was a hit at the pot luck. Every one was asking for the recipe. I now triple the recipe and it still is the first item to run out at every pot luck. Not to meantion it costs me less than 2 bucks to make.
