The recipe I will be revamping the next time. I wish I would have looked at the reviews. DO NOT fill to the top. The edges over flowed like others and had a mess. I feel that this baker must have posted these messed up instructions on purpose. And the butter mixture is to much as well. We could not enjoy these as is, due to the muffins were still gooey and the tops were fried.

The chicken was very dry and I even doubled the liquid so it would cover most of the chicken in the pot. I gave it 2 stars due to the fact that it did smell very good.

I have not had these in years and a few weeks ago my daughter had chosen Ireland for international day! I didn't want to bring traditional food my grandmother made, so I was reminded of these cookies that my great grandmother made. I came across this recipe which is similar....actually better....then the old family recipe! Since I live in the middle of no mans land, I can't get currants. So I used dried cranberries like someone else mentioned! I also just made them drop cookies instead of rolling them out, as I never seen them done that way. Normally these cookies you would drop a spoonful then use a spoon to make a dimple then add a fruit preserve.....which I always hated! So that makes this recipe awesome and simple! I recommend this to anyone....even if they don't know or like caraway seeds....it adds to the cookie and you won't even know they are there.

It wasn't all that great, but it wasn't bad. I think the cres. rolls are to much and got a bit soggy. I tried it again today and crushed tortilla chips and pressed them into the dough. Now that added a bit of a crunch my family liked! Also, left the sour cream out until afterwards. I don't like half melted sour cream, so for me blobbing it on afterwards was better. Also, mixed corn in the meat with a little tex-mex spices and it was very good according to the family! Will make again with other variations I have seen on here!
