Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
This is the most delicious frosting I have ever had thus far! Thank you so much for sharing. The frosting was not runny at all; it was ideal for decorating my muffins and cake. To make sure it's not runny, you need to whip the whipping cream properly. First, put it in the freezer for about 2-3 hours. Afterwards, pour into a plastic bowl and whip it with a mixer on high speed for about 10-15 mins. It will start to form peaks after some time, so don't give up. Once that is ready, dump in all the other ingredients as in original recipe and continue whipping with mixer for another 10 mins or so. To get a smooth consistency, leave the cream cheese on the kitchen counter or somewhere in a warm place for it to soften (an hour should do, but better if you take it out at the same time you put in your whipping cream in the freezer). You can get the perfect consistency and texture with this frosting but you have to be patient and dedicate a bit more time to get it just right. good luck!

David's Yellow Cake
I am so disappointed. I followed the recipe word for word and it still came out dry. By the way, it took more than 25-30 mins to bake. I had to increase the baking time to 10 mins every time i poked it cause it was still wet. It took over an hour. I tried it when it was warm n it seemed moist, but when I left it in the fridge overnight and tasted it again, it was dry. It was also slightly dense, although I beat the egg yolks one by one and sifted all the dry ingrdients. It doesn't taste bad it's just dry. I've made cakes that turned out much softer and more moist, and this is coming from a person who never made cake from a cake mix! Anyway, thanks for the post. It's always good to experiment :)

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
Needs lemon juice. If you're baking chicken breasts, make sure to cut down the baking time, otherwise they will come out dry. In the last 7-10 mins, switch off the heat from the bottom (in the oven) and turn on heat to medium from the top to make the chicken crispy. Also, use fresh crushed garlic to rub your chicken, it gives more flavour this way. If you have time, marinate it for atleast an hour; overnight would be even better. Lastly, try adding italian seasoning too, it tastes phenomenal! Thanks for the post, will definitely make again.
