The Best Ever Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2009
These were great, much better than any fast food restaurant. I agree, too much flour. If you are feeding 2 like I was, use 2 breasts, 1 cup flour, 1 beaten egg, 3 TBS garlic powder 1 TBS & 1/2 tsp pepper. Will make again and again!

Melt-in-Your-Mouth Broiled Salmon

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2009
I followed the recipe exactly because it drives me crazy when I read bad reviews and the reviewer lists off 20 things they changed about the recipe. For starters, the other reviews are right, this is way too greasy. Also, the only thing that sets it apart from a piece of regular broiled salmon (with too much butter) is a faint hint of wine flavor. I'll keep looking, thanks!

Exchange Gang Pasta with Shrimp

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2009
Hats off to you Keri for this delicious meal. All of the flavors fused together beautifully. I added an additional clove of garlic (because we love garlic) and I used Linguini noodles instead of spaghetti. There is quite a bit of prep so I recommend getting everything diced and chopped up before you delve in. A+! Thank you so much for this recipe, I absolutely love it.

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2009
This is wonderful. Blanch the asparagus for a minute or two (add to boiling water), then immediately drain and put the asparagus in an ice water bath. While the asparagus is soaking in ice water, spread onion & chive cream cheese on the Prosciutto, take 3 spears of asparagus and wrap with 2 - 3 slices, depending on how much you have. Drizzle a little olive oil on the top. I was baking pork tenderloin at 350 for 20 minutes so I just baked these along with the pork. They came out perfectly! Thank you for the recipe Trish!

Maple-Glazed Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 29, 2009
These were pretty good! A nice change to pork chops. 2/3 cup brown sugar seemed like too much so I just used enough to cover both sides. I got a little worried when I smelled the syrup and vinegar simmering on the stove but the sauce turned out nicely. I chopped up some red apple and gave the option to add it on top of the pork chop just to pretty it up. Would make again!

I tried this as is and I tried it with Cool Whip (1 cup) and 2 TBS of Orange Juice. I definitely recommend using the additional ingredients. It's wonderful!

Very good! I was really unsure whether or not I would enjoy this. My husband who isn't a big salmon & balsamic person really liked this recipe. Thank you!

Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
For starters, everyone is right: There isn't enough sauce for one pound. I made half a pound of pasta and there was just barely enough. Secondly, I can't understand why people were saying they couldn't get the sauce to thicken. Mine did easily, I just constantly whisked the sauce. Definitely do not add your shrimp right away, saute the shrimp in butter and garlic separately and then add when the sauce is ready. Nice dish!

Best Lemonade Ever

This was "okay" but not worth the effort. It took 9 lemons to make this and was still lacking a bit in flavor. Save yourself the time and pick up Minute Maid Lemonade.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Very good! I followed the recipe and didn't think it was "too sweet" like many other reviewers, but I do have a sweet tooth. It really just comes to personal preference.

Asparagus Parmesan

Good alternative to asparagus and mayo! I put the asparagus on a plate and then put them in the oven at 250 to melt the Parmesan cheese. Yummy.

Garlic Red Potatoes

Reviewed: May 3, 2009
These were good! Following the suggestions of other reviews, I cooked these for about an hour. It was a tad too citrus-y for my taste so next time I'll use half a lemon (juiced) and extra Parmesan cheese.

Pork Chops with Raspberry Sauce

Reviewed: May 3, 2009
Surprisingly wonderful! I'm not fond of 1) pork chops and 2) raspberry anything. But my husband loves both which is why I made this. I was amazed. This was excellent and my husband LOVED it! Next time I will double the sauce, neither one of us could get enough. Tip: Soak your pan with hot water immediately after you spoon out the sauce!

I have made this bread countless times. It is my favorite as far as banana bread goes (minus the nuts). And whenever I make it, everyone gobbles it up quickly. Excellent recipe!
