Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

I substituted half and half because that's what I had on hand. Added more sausage than it called for, which was perfect. Hubby actually wanted MORE sausage than even I added. Very delicious, all leftovers gone and will definitely be making this again!

Eat Michigan Salad

I used Mrs. Butterworth's instead of real maple syrup and added some baked chicken breast that I sliced up to make it more of meal (i.e. had to have some meat in it for me to get away with calling it dinner for my husband!) I guess the fact that I would happily pay money in a restaurant to have this for dinner says it all. Make sure to make your candied pecans beforehand, as that takes the most time in the oven.

Tropical Grilled Pork Chops

Scaled it down to four pork chops and we absolutely loved i! Made the recipe exactly as it says. The dish had heat, but wasn't crazy spicy.

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

I thought it was pretty darn good, but the leftovers didn't heat up very well. The only change I made was to use shredded colby jack cheese as that was what I had on hand. I think I would have given it five stars if I would have followed my instincts and used the ketchup and brown sugar topping instead of just ketchup. I will probably try it again with the different sauce.

Caper Baked Chicken

Absolutely wonderful! Only change I made was doubled the sauce and only added capers to the initial sauce-Didn't put any on after it came out of the oven. Will definitely make this again!
