Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
A very good way to make chicken, debone and freeze for future use. Love that you make two at once--eat one for dinner and freeze the rest. My family really liked this recipe--especially my husband. Every time I say "chicken" for dinner they all make a face until now. They ask for this recipe since it is so moist and flavorful.

Apple Crisp II
I'm only giving this a three star. Most of the reason is my own mistake--I used canned apple pie filling. I was so hungry for apple crisp and didn't have any fresh apples in the house. So I substituted canned--NEVER AGAIN. The crumb topping was a little too sweet for me. Will try again--maybe this weekend--have granny smith apples. Gonna add more oatmeal and less sugar.

Loose Meat on a Bun, Restaurant Style
I have been sooo hungry lately for a good maid rite. OH MY GOSH!!!! This was it--I was full after one but had to have another!! Only enough leftovers for me--too bad family. Even my picky little girl had two helpings (without a bun)and said yummy. Thanks so much for the recipe. Didn't say when to put in the onions so I put them in after draining the meat. Tasted great.
