Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

My absolute favorite recipe! This is so easy I make almost once a week, just throw in 4 frozen chicken breast with 1 packet ranch and about ¾ bottle of Franks Wing Sauce. I slow cook for about 7 to 8 hours, then it shreds super easy, no need for the butter IMO. I serve on Kaiser rolls with sliced red onion, bleu cheese dressing & mozzarella cheese. So good! I have also used the leftovers for the Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza recipe on this site and that’s super good also.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Great recipe and unbelievably easy, but it tastes like it took all day to make. I followed the recipe exactly and topped with white onions and shredded cheddar cheese. This is so good I would not hesitate to take to a chili cook-off!

Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Amazing! I have made this recipe about 5 times and every time people asked me for the recipe, now my co-workers beg me to bring it to the potlucks. I followed other reviewer’s advice and used ½ cup mayo, ½ cup sour cream and add a dash of garlic powder but follow the recipe other than that. I don’t think it’s too spicy, no one has ever complained and it’s always the first thing gone. I think it’s a must to cook in a bread bowl, looks very nice & doesn’t get greasy.

Famous Butter Chicken

Good but VERY buttery. Not the healthiest way to prepare chicken, but the boyfriend loves this recipe. I reduce the butter to about 1/2 stick.

Easy Chicken Posole

Really Good! The first time I made this recipe I cooked the chicken in a slow cooker, then shredded and transferred to stovetop for step 2. The only other thing I changed was to add one-half teaspoon each of Cumin and Cayenne Pepper because we like spicy. The next time I cooked the chicken as the recipe was written but I definitely prefer the chicken in the slow cooker, it was much more tender. I will make this recipe again & again!

Bob's Bean Salad

This is really good! I’ve made several times and once I forgot to add the artichoke hearts and it wasn’t nearly as good, so I definitely won’t forget to add again. I normally hate kidney beans but like them in this recipe. The feta is such a great addition; I usually add a little more then called for.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Fantastic! I’ve never considered myself good at baking but these turned out fabulous! I did have to cook about 10 minutes longer then called for. Made the recipe as written and I was able to make 12 muffins and a large loaf. I don’t think I’ll ever try another Blueberry Muffin recipe.

Chicken With Mushrooms

This is soooo good!! I followed recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. My boyfriend even said it was better then any restaurant chicken. I would not hesitate to serve to company. The only thing I would change next time is to double the mushrooms as I love them!

Andy's Spicy Green Chile Pork

My boyfriend & I love spicy foods and I was excited to make this but thought it was somewhat bland. I even added an extra Serrano and still thought it needed more of something. I couldn’t find Frontera salsa so I substituted La Victoria, maybe better with a different salsa. I might try again if I can find a spicier green salsa.

Great Chicken Marinade

This is so good & easy. The taste is best if marinated overnight but I’ve marinated for as little as 2 hours and it’s still great. I follow recipe exactly and don’t see any need to change it, great as is!
