This is delicious... the only thing that I would change to give it 5 stars would be to add more raisins (double them) and olives and less cayenne. I used one tbsp and it was way to spicy. I ate it plain and it was good alone.

Oatmeal Waffles

This is a good start. I made 3 batches. the first being original... no good. The second batch I added 2 splenda and a teaspoon of vanilla, used applesauce instead of oil, added 2 tblsp of milled flax, and subbed the buttermilk for 2%... very good. The 3rd batch I did everything the same but added 1 1/2 mashed banana and mini chocolate chips. VERY GOOD!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

This is the best sirloin tip roast recipe ever. I saved the juices and thinly sliced the leftovers and served them heated up on a toasted hoagy with mayo, mustard, provalone, and horseradish. I dipped the sandwich in the juices. It was so yummy. I will be making this again and again!

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

This was fantastic! It was so quick, easy, and the most delicious cobbler I ever had. A bold statement for how easy this was... I know. I had 2 nectarines that were ripe and needed to be eaten so I halved this recipe in a smaller baking dish. I will never let fresh fruit go to waste ever again. I can't wait to try this with a different fruit.

This was a great recipe. It was so easy to make and I was able to use all local produce. I usually make this with brown sugar... this is a great alternative!

Ham and Bean Soup

This recipe is fantastic! Next time I will throw in a bag of frozen mixed veggies towards the end. I cooked this recipe for 2 hours and it was a little mushy. The only thing I changed was to use diced tomatos with chilies in them already, I used turkey kelbasa in place of the bratwurst, i didn't use onion (the hubby hates it), and I added beef bullion. I will not add the bullion next time because it ended up being too salty.

Spaghetti Pie II

This was a pretty tasty dish. It is very easy and quick to prepare and it just hit the spot. I followed the recipe exactly. I will however add another clove of garlic and some crushed pepper to the sauce and season the noodles as well. We like more flavor in our dishes. Don't be scared by the cottage cheese... my husband didn't even know what it was... this is a keeper!

Stef's Super Cheesy Garlic Bread

This is fantastic... I have to be honest and admit that I just measured the ingredients by eye and spread the sauce on hotdog buns I was trying to use up. The results were amazing! I can't wait to follow the recipe and use a quality bread. ;) This is a must try!

Cream Cheese Fruit Dip

This is a wonderful recipe. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it needed to be tweaked. There is too much sugar and it is too thick. Here are the changes I made. I used: 8 oz cream cheese (1/3 less fat) 1 container activia vanilla yogurt (light) 1/4 cup brown sugar This recipe is wonderful with apples...

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada

There are really no words to describe how amazing this meat is. I wouldn't even bother with the salsa. I use pico de gallo and my husband and I can't stop raving about it! Definately the best marinade I have ever tried. I am going to start prepping and freezing the marinated meat. This is a MUST TRY!!! You will not be disapointed.

Wilted Spinach

This spinach is really good. I would suggest steaming for only 1 minute and using half the oil the recipe calls for and doubling the spinach. I did not have pine nuts on hand but did add feta to my serving and It was so delicious!

Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks

This recipe is fantastic! I cooked the peppercorns outside on the burner on the grill. It was a bit smokey like the other reviewers said. There is nothing we would change. This is a must try. We will never make ahi any other way!
