My salsa is reportedly (by all who have eaten it) the best salsa people have ever eaten.
My cooking tragedies
I rarely if every make anything that does not taste exceptionally good. I have had a few burns in the kitchen, the worst being when I tried to flip a parmeasan coated tilapia fillet under a broiler without taking it out of the oven. This resulted in my had coming into contat with the element and a 3rd degree burn the size of a 50 cent piece on my hand. It has healed nicely but the scar on my hand (in the shaoe of a cross) reminds me to be more careful next time.
