These oatmeal cookies were great! I scaled the recipe all the way to just get 6 (can't have too many! I'll eat them all!!) and I got 9 cookies instead. Not that big of a problem, but still tasty. I also popped it in the freezer for 25 mins. instead of refrigerating for an hour. Honestly, that could've been skipped. I made them without raisins but I think I'll add them next time. I also added a bit more cinnamon and some ground nutmeg. Delicious!!

Fluffy White Frosting

WOW! Just WOW. Amazing! It is so tasty and shiny! I only had hand beaters so I just threw everything in the bowl on a double boiler and beat it on high for 7-10 minutes. I got this light, fluffy frosting that tastes like marshmallows! Amazing! 10 stars if I could!!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

WOW! So good! They're terrific! I made the dough the night before and baked them the next day and they came out fabulous! They tasted like those little debbie gingerbread men! I frosted a few with royal icing. Truly delicious

Sweet Dinner Rolls

This recipe was a hit! I used it yesterday for Thanksgiving and everyone loved them! Someone thought i got them from a tin! Next time, however, i will probably cut back on the sugar as others thought they were too sweet. Still, phenomenal recipe!

Banana Nut Muffins

These muffins are just DELICIOUS! I did change it a bit though; i added a tsp of cinnamon and a pinch of fresh nutmeg. I also substituted the zest for a tsp of vanilla extract. For a crunchy topping, i added some raw sugar on top before popping it in the oven. Delicious and crunchy. Although I only got 11 muffins, i will definitely make this again!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

I loved the way my pizza came out! It was difficult because I don't have a stand mixer so mixing ot by hand was difficult and sticky :) overall, good job!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

It came out great! this was my first experience with cinnamon rolls and it worked. It was a bit messy when i had to roll it because of the margarine/brown sugar mix but all in all, good recipe. my sister ate twice and my dad even tried it (which is a first on both parts). also added cream cheese frosting which made them delicious. good work!

Carrot Cake III

i make this cake for my family all the time! they absolutely love it! i did make some alterations suggested in the reviews: 1 cup brown and 1 cup white sugar, extra tsp of vanilla and the nutmeg (mostly eyeballed). i also add more carrots to the mix. everyone loves it and have even asked me for the recipe!

Dominican Style Oatmeal

My parents are from the Dominican Republic so i was very happy to see this here. It was good except it wasn;t my mom's because she blends the oatmeal into a thick "milk" that me and my sister eat with corn flakes or just alone!
