Caramel Apple Pork Chops

My husband loved this recipe as I did. It was easy and didn't take all day. I know my grandsons will like it to. I didn't change anything.

Rump Roast Au Jus

Made this recipe this morning and it was ready when I got home. I wasn't sure if this was going to be too spicy for the kids, but I took some meat off for them then shredded the rest and let it sit in the sauce. Yummy! I do wish there was more Au Jus though. As soon as I looked at the shredded meat I thought, taco or burrito. I sauteed onion, garlic, mushroom and peppers topped with shredded mozzarella cheese and placed the mixture plus the beef on a pan warmed tortilla then added sour cream. The best!

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

This recipe was really tasty. Used as is. It was really sweet. I would like some tips to tone the sweetness of the sauce for the gravy.. I tried butter and vinegar and a bit more Dijon. Helped but not enough. Would make it again.

Asian Orange Chicken

My grandson wanted orange chicken and found this recipe. Everyone loved it including my grandsons one which is very picky.Thank you. It takes more time than I was planning but sure worth if.

Sloppy Joes II

Tried this recipe today. It's a keeper for our family. I did use half ketchup and Half BBQ sauce. As per a review did not need the brown sugar. Delicious. Thank you for a great recipe. My favorite BBQ sauce is half Mauls original and half Bulls Eye original. YUM!
