About this Cook
I started cooking at a younger age because i got tired of ordering pizza. I grew to enjoy it and now i love it. It should also be noted i now make an exelent pizza.
My favorite things to cook
I make a mean chilli. My Tomatoe sauce is nice. I like to experiment with quiche. I do a good souvlakie. My wife loves my miso soup.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I like to cook for people im eating with. Not just for the praise whitch i welcome but i love the time spent over a good meal.
My cooking triumphs
Its never a complete triumph but always a work in progress. Life is about the journey after all.
My cooking tragedies
Never over use white wine vinager.

Slow Cooker Split Pea Sausage Soup
Very nice. I only used 4 boulion cubes and found it was flavourful and still satly enough. I would sugest to make sure your potatoes are choped small as they should become the thickness. Your sausage is the most important part of the soup as it give off the most flavour. So choose wisely.
