Awesome! I followed the instructions to increase the salt to 1 1/2 tsp and it came out perfect. I also used 2 cups of all purpose flour and 1 cup of whole wheat flour. I have never had a loaf of bread rise all the way to the top of my machine before this one, and it just made a perfect light a fluffy loaf.

Meat Pie (Tourtiere)

I loved this recipe! I have never had/made meat pie before, so I was very excited to make this. I made the meat filling the night before, and refrigerated it over night. Then I only had to wait an hour before it was ready tonight. It was very good, except next time i am going to add more potato, and maybe carrots.
