Spicy Honey Mustard Pork Roast

i found this and wanted to try it right away, i slathered it on grilled chicken and it was delightful! i cut the pepper serving in half, next time i'll use a little less than half. i can only imagine how great it would taste on slow cooked pork! thanks!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This makes a great roast! I cut the recipe down for a 1lb roast and added vegetables - carrots, onion, potato and baby portabella mushrooms with the meat. The gravy was not too thick nor runny, just right. Next time I will try the suggestion on half water, half coke. Yum!!

White Chili I

great recipe! i grilled and shredded the chicken first and added that to the onion. probably will use less chicken next time, too much. also followed another reviewer's suggestions and did not drain the beans, this thickened up the broth. otherwise, made to recipe. great white chili, thanks!

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

This is a good recipe, but wayyyy too much pepper. I didn't put in the whole teaspoon and it the whole dish tasted like pepper. Will use 2 eggs next time and add some vegetables.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

really liked this recipe! i did not think it was too thin. i cooked on low for 4 hours, shredded the chicken and then cooked on low for another 2 hours. also added some red onion to the pot. served on a sourdough roll with red onion slices- very yumm. ate the next night on a flat tortilla with some cheese melted on top- bbq chicken pizza! will make this again!

Pancakes I

very thin, made large thin pancakes. even after an addition of vanilla, still very bland. will not make these again. i gave them 2 stars because it required every day ingredients that are always in house.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

This was good, but not great. I followed to a T and it tasted like vinegar. I will def cut back on the vinegar if I make this again. Made much more than I needed so I added grilled chicken and made it into a sandwich the next day for lunch, was ok.

Meatloaf in a Mug

This is great! Like most reviews, I adjusted some spices to my liking/availability. It's like eating a home cooked meal without waiting. I was nervous about cooking ground beef in the microwave but it turned out ok, I used 4:30 minutes and it was plenty. A great dinner when in a time crunch!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

really liked this meat loaf! read the reviews and put the ketchup/brown sugar glaze on top of the meat loaf - nice touch. also put bread under the loaf to soak up all the grease. will def make this again!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

the white sauce was a too thin, so i added more flour. not a god idea- the soup just tasted like flour. i added cheese and green onion on top- thank goodness for the green onion to mask the flour! i would def make this again and be sure to have instant potato flakes on hand!

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

the bread crumbs never got crunchy- they were soggy. next time i will do it the way my mom does - butter sliced bread and cut into squares. i added ham to mine, which gave it some flavor, i was surprised how bland it was. probably will not make this again.

Angel's Chunky Chicken Salad

i really like this chicken salad sam. although, i do not like pickles, so i substituted chopped red grapes. it adds the necessary sweetness and extra juiciness. will continue packing for lunch!
