Very good recipe. I added a little more onion and a little more green pepper. I did every thing in a large iron skillet, that was I was able to just sprinkle the cheese on top and place the whole thing in the oven. Only one pot to clean.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Very Good, but being from the north, I like it a little hotter, so I added BBQ sauce to my sandwich. A very easy recipe to make.

Spicy Sausage and Rice Casserole

I used a hot sausage from a local butcher and added a medium onion, diced, I used the whole 14 ounce can of chicken broth and added a 6 ounce can of sliced mushrooms and this was the best recipe. Just spicy enough. I loved it. I cooked everything in my large cast iron dutch oven and kept it in there and baked it in the oven. What a wonderful recipe. I will make this again.

Pumpkin Roll

This is absolutley the best Pumpkin Roll I have ever made. I have been making other recipes for years and thought I would try a new recipe and I am glad I did. The ginger gave it an extra kick. This is a great recipe. I let my cool about 5 more minutes before I unrolled it. I will be making more of these. Does anyone know if you can freeze these?

Pumpkin Cookies VI

German Lentil Soup

This was a great recipe. I have never made lentil soup before, so having a German heritage, this recipe caught my eye. Have way through making it, I had to add 1 cup more of chicken broth. I like thick soups, so this worked out well for me. I was concerned that the vegetable swould not be cooked, but I followed the recipe and it terned out wonderful. While cooking the soup, the aroma through the house was like any ones Grandma's house. A keeper recipe.

Friendship Fruit Starter

I had gotten a liquid starter 20 years ago, and did not have the fruit starter to start making the cakes again, then I found this recipe and it is just what I wanted and it turned out great. I had enough fruit to make three cakes, and enough juice to start all over again. Only this time I will have enough starters to give to friends.

Biscotti

This was the first time I made Biscotti's and this recipe was great. I did have to add about 1/3 more cup of flour to roll it and I added 3 teaspoons anise oil, but the flavor still was not to strong of a anise flavor. I also cut them when they came out of the oven, before they cooled to much. I will be experimenting with this recipe to try different flavors. They were easy to make. This will be my basic recipe for experimentation. Thanks so much for submitting this recipe. I am not Italian, I come from a German ancestory, but I have always wanted to make these, since I have gotten them at coffee shops. And my Mom's neighbor use to make Biscotti's for her, and since the neighbor has passed away and Mom does not get them from her neighbor any longer I thought I would make them for her. She thinks they are great.

Brownies In A Jar

First time I made two batches, one for a gift and made one for myself. This is a great recipe. Once you have the mix in the jar, it is easy to make the cookies and they taste great. I used a wide mouth jar with a lid that had a pretty colored piece of material over it.

Not what I expected, but they were very good. I expected a harder cookie, but these are a soft cookie with great flavor. My husband really likes these.

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

Fair, next time I will turn off my bread machine after the first knead and turn it on again, for a bouble knead. Becauce the flavor of this bread is great.
