Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2009
I thought this was really yummy! I actually varied the recipe a bit. Instead of using whole chicken breasts, I cut them up into bite sized pieces and sauteed them this way. Per a previous suggestion, I used chicken broth instead of water, and used balsamic vinegar instead of white vinegar. I also threw in a dash or two of Cumin for an additional flavor. I also used plain canned diced tomatoes instead of stewed tomatoes. Served over a bed of pasta. Came out wonderful! Will definitely make this again.

Caribbean Jerk Pork Chops

I definately will cut out the cinnamon next time I make this. Also, 3/4 cup of water is too much. I would use a bit more oil instead. The marinade was very watery. Also, I'm going to add more cayenne pepper. It wasn't very "jerk" to me. I wanted more of the sweet/spicy combination from this recipe and it just wasn't there.

Lavonne's Scrumptious White Wine Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2009
I was very disappointed in this recipe. After an hour of baking, the chicken was very dry and had very little flavor. I immediately whipped out the dipping sauce for this one.
