Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2011
This dip came out sooo good. There is one restaruant that has my favorite spinach dip and this came out just like it, I was so excited. Didn't use the artichokes because I don't like them. Also didn't have Ramano cheese. Added about 1/4 cup of milk to make it more creamy. I will deafinately be making this over and over again. Thanks for the great recipe.

Spinach Pinwheels

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
Tried these over the weekend and they were VERY good. Everyone loved them. Personally, I thought they needed a little bit more flavor. Even though I used the garlic and herb spread I think it needed more garlic/salt to make it tastier. Also used garlic butter crecent rolls. I love the way they smell while cooking. I mixed the spinache and cheese together and then spread on dough. ABSOLUTELY need to put in the freezer for a little while in order to slice.

Try adding a layer of taco meat to it. Makes it fabulouse. Layer cream cheese, then taco meat, then salsa, then cheddar cheese. Bake untill cheese is melted. Serve warm and at room temp with Scoops. Mmm

Baked Potato Salad II

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2009
This is a wonderful new version to an the old staple of potato salad. Try roasting the potatoes. Leave Skins on, cut into bite size cubes, cover with pam butter spray and roast in the oven (400 deg) for about 30 min. Let potatoes come to room temp, then use 1/2 sour cream, 1/2 mayo. I use 'Real Bacon Pieces' in the jar to make it easier and they are great. Also I use the shredded cheddar/montery jack. Delicious.
