Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Easy easy recipe! I used 2 packages of ground beef. I used salt, pepper, basil, and onion soup mix to season the beef. I did as other users suggested: 1/2 cup of milk and 1 egg. I also used about 1 cup of plain bread crumbs. That was the perfect blend. Made the perfect size loaf. As for the glaze: 1 cup of ketchup, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, and and 1 teaspoon of steak sauce. The steak sauce cut the sweetness, making this the perfect glaze.

Chicken With Mushrooms
Very good! As others suggested, I sauteed minced garlic in olive oil until aromatic then I added canned Portabello mushrooms (without juice) and sauteed about 5 mins. Meanwhile I added salt and pepper to an egg in a bowl and dipped the chicken. I only had plain bread crumbs but added garlic salt, basil and other Italian seasonings. I dredged the chicken in the bread crumbs. I melted butter ima skilled and browned the chicken on both sides. I added cream of mushroom soup to the broth to make a sauce. I put chicken in a 9x13 pan added half of the mushrooms and half of the soup. Bake at 350 for 20 mins, add the rest of the soup and mushrooms. During last 5 mins I added white American cheese. A definite keeper!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Made this as part of my Valentine's dinner. I was short on time so I didn't let it rest overnight or even the recommended 4-6 hours, closer to 2 hours and it still turned out great. Very good flavors. Smelled delicious while cooking. Will definately make again.
