I used this for my cousin's "Duckie" Baby Shower and it was a hit!! I simply used Hawaiian Punch, Ginger Ale and Vanilla Ice Cream. Then we topped it with little floating duckies! Very cute! We totally ran out!!

Best cupcakes ever! Made a light blue version for my cousin's Baby Shower. Everyone got a pleasant surprise when they took a first bite. I just filled the tinted batter into snack sized ziplocs and made a small hole to fill the inside of the cupcakes. Only fill 1/2 way with the light batter and then fill the rest with the tinted colors. These will grow, so do not overfill!! I couldn't find the candy oil so I just added a bit of vanilla extract. Keep a close eye on them, in my oven they took a little less than recommended. Do not let them brown or crack, since that means they are overdone. They are delicious and very light!

Very easy and delicious! I omitted the nutmeg as suggested and added a little more vanilla. I also thought the sugar was too much so I only did 3/4 cup. I added cherries on top and everyone loved it. People took them all home!! They were delicious little treats. Maybe next time I will add a little bit of lemon for more flavor. The vanilla wafer worked great for me! Everyone thought I made an actual crust =)

Delish! Easy to make! I made this the night before and let it settle until Thanskgiving. It was truly the best!

Love this! Been making it for 3 plus yrs. I use half the butter, and also some of the water from canned corn. I omit the sour cream for my own taste and it comes out great. Works good in pyrex but it's even better in cupcake liners so everyone has their own piece. I just place the batter in cupcake liners and cook until a toothpick comes out clean at 350 degrees. Lately I have been adding extra ingredients like half with chopped chives and half with shredded cheese to spruce it up. Each were delicious. Great and easy recipe to experiment with. This is the dish I am always asked to bring for the holidays.

I squeezed a lemon on top, added olive oil and used packet of "Spice Blends-Lemon, Basil, Thyme". Then I cooked it in the conventional oven for 35 min and broiled it for 10 min. I overbroiled it but even so it was delicious!! Maybe 5 min only in the broiler.

Made this when I happened to have extra bananas, and nilla wafers. I ommitted the sweet condensed milk and the heavy cream since I just didn't have it. Instead I made a package of instant vanilla pudding, added some vanilla yogurt and mixed it. I added some cinnamon to this mixture to give it more flavor. I soaked my bananas in a water/lime juice mixture. Then I layered the nilla cookies, bananas, and the pudding/yogurt mixtures. Delish and healthy as a dessert can be ;).

These literally became forgotten cookies! Made these after making some oatmeal cookies. Had a bit of a problem beating the egg whites, but I added some fresh lime juice and that helped the peaks forms. Scooped them into the cookie tin using an ice cream scoop (BIG No-NO as I later found out). Left the oven on at 350 while I did dishes (5 mins) and then turned it off and forgot about it until the next night after work (oops lol). When I took them out they did not change size from the way I scooped it, half had cracked and the other half were beautiful. (See Pic) Tried some and the top was heaven, very much like a meringue but the center was chewy. Also VERY VERY SWEET. These were good but in retrospect I would do the following changes: -Less sugar, probably 1/2 -No chocolate chips -Small scoops into cookie sheet, maybe teaspoon to make bite size pcs -Add lime juice while beating eggs

Loved it!! First time making my own frosting and it was relatively easy. I followed other's advice and chilled the bowl and whisks before starting to beat the heavy cream. I skipped the almond extract and just used a bit more of the vanilla since that's a better flavor for us. I also added a package of unflavored gelatin to make it stiffer and easier to beat. The frosting was a big hit! It was not overly sweet and it held up nicely! Recommend to all!

Great and easy recipe! Made this for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit! All other desserts were ignored. The boyfriend even requested this for his Christmas present! I used the pumpkin pie filling as suggested. From the 1 lb can I used 3/4 cup and i still had leftover batter. This pie will puff up while baked but it will settle down once it cools. Highly recommend!

Stuck to the recipe for the most part but made some additions. I used mixed frozen veggies and added BBQ sauce instead of Worcestershire sauce (didn't have) and grated cheese on top. It came out a little bland for my taste, maybe more seasoning would be better it. I have not have shepherd's pie before so I am not too sure of how its supposed to taste lol.

Great recipe and easy to make! I made some substitutions: pancake mix for flour since we had run out, brown sugar instead of the white sugar and it still came out great! I intend to use regular flour next time but for now it was great.

1st time making oatmeal cookies. Followed recipe. Chilled it for 1 hour, halved the batter and added raisins to one half and craisins to the other half. Chilled again for 15 mins. Made small balls and placed on parchment lined cookie sheet. Skipped the fork dipped in sugar. Baked at 350 degrees and noticed that it took more like 12 mins. Took them out when they had a nice golden color. I had to pop my first batch back in the oven since they were undercooked at 8 mins but ultimately came out great. These are a special request birthday gift, so we are VERY happy they came out so good.

Amazing!! made it last night and a BIG hit! I omitted the tomatoes, and added more spices to it. It was delish! I cooked it on low for 6 hours in the crock pot. I did need more water half way through, maybe because I didn't use the beef broth? Either way it came out great. Highly Recommend!
