Tiramisu Layer Cake
This is wonderful and will be even better next time, when I soak the cake in at least twice as much coffee and liqueur!

Pollo Fajitas
The chicken was deliciously tender but a bit short on flavor when compared with more traditional fajitas. I will go with a more traditional recipe next time. The soy sauce mix was not bad; it just wasn't as good as regular fajita seasoning.

Mexican Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas
Surprisingly soft and tasty for a recipe with such a high ratio of wheat to white flour! I will make these again, albeit with a bit less salt.
