Wow. Wow wow wow. Best ever, and I made it exactly per the recipe. Well, except the crust - I added a pinch of cinnamon and sugar to the crust. But it's the cheesecake itself that's the winner here. It's soo creamy and good, deli style but not the really dry kind. I love Ely's cheesecake and Cheesecake Factory, but this tops both. I honestly don't think I've ever had a better cheesecake. I did cook it in a water bath, greased the springform pan, and cooled it a couple hours in the oven (2-ish). No cracking, just awesome cheesecake that all my guests raved about. Frankly, I didn't know I could make something this good myself.
