Almost No Fat Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2010
I love banana bread and this is so good! I replaced the white flour with wheat flour and used 1 whole egg and 1 egg white. I also added vanilla as others suggested and some chopped walnuts as well. What a great healthy version of banana bread!

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
These are great! Super easy to do and man, what a hit! I followed some other ideas of double coating and cutting the cheese sticks in half before doing the dipping. I didn't have enough oil to fully dip the sticks into, it ened up covering half of the stick so i turned with a fork so both sides were golden. Will be making again!

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2010
I was really excited about this recipe, however, my husband and I didn't care for it at all. There was no flavor to this dish, I was really dissapointed because it has such high reviews.

Popovers

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2010
I looked up this recipe since I love the popovers at one of my favorite restaurants...I was so thrilled with the outcome and they tasted exactly like the ones I enjoy so much! I don't have custard cups so I used a muffin pan. I baked them at 450 for 20 mins and then lowered to 350 and only needed to bake for about 10 mins. Yum-o!

Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2010
This cookie was just what I was looking for! They were soft, fluffy, and chewy! I thought they were even better the next day. I added chocolate chips instead of raisins and I also added about 1/4 cup of coconut, it was so good! Greasing the cookie sheet helps so much, they just slide right off. Also I did have to bake them for about 15-17 mins and I took another's advice and flattened them a tiny bit before putting them in the oven. Great cookie overall!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2010
These were outstanding!! The crispy topping makes these muffins so good but I would suggest to cut the crumb topping ingredients in half because there was a lot left over that I had to throw away. I used frozen blueberries (turned out moist and didn't bleed into the white batter very much), added a cap of vanilla and sprayed the pan with cooking spray which made it very easy to get the muffins out. These were quick and easy to make and quick to be eaten!

Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
This was a great recipe and I liked it because there is no yeast. The only thing that was a little tricky was the dough because it came out on the sticky side so instead of the typical cinnamon roll look mine turned out as a swirly cinnamon muffin. Despite that, they turned out yummy! I really like the muffin pan idea, works great and I will make these again!

Dump Cake IV

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
This is so good! I made for the Super Bowl this year and everyone loved it. It's so easy to make so that makes it that much better! I used a 9 X 13 pan instead and that worked great!
