Garlic Shrimp Linguine
Of course I added more of everything...! Great flavors. I added jarred artichoke hearts & portabella mushrooms to sauce. Also used raw shrimp which were very flavorful. Mmmmmmmm!

Tender Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts
Yummy. Just gave 4 stars because it was uneven looking. Smaller parts were very brown, larger not. Probably my own fault. But it tasted good"

Simple Beef Pot Roast
Very tasty & easy! I think that adding butter was a great idea since I included chunky potatoes. Cooked a 1.5 lb roast for 2 hrs.
