Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2013
Just made this tonight and it was very good!! The only things I did differently was use chicken stock and instead of milk I used heavy whipping cream. I served it with the Kings Hawaiian rolls, oh so good! Definitely making this again.

Homemade Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2012
My family and I absolutely love this soup!!! It's simple and yummy!! The only thing I did different was while I was shredding the chicken and chopping the vegetable I cooked some wide egg noodles in the broth. Must try! Thank you Jill for posting

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2012
I absolutely love this recipe!! I love wings and they can get expensive so Im so glad I found this recipe. Ive tried baking and frying and they both turned out great, but the frying option gives the wings a crispy finish. I also add 2 tbsp of ranch to the hot sauce and butter mix, mmmmm!! Also, Franks is by far the best hot sauce!! I have not ordered wings since i've started making these and I probably wont need to. Another option I've tried was boneless. I bought chicken tenderloins and made it the same way, however the fried boneless were the best. My children also love this recipe, but for them I just dont pour on the hot sauce. They eat theirs plan or dip it in ranch.

Coco's Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2012
I dont have a lot of experience making meatloaf, but after watching the video I had to try it. I didnt have dry mustard so I added a teaspoon of table mustard and from reading other meatloaf recipes I added 1/4 cup brown sugar to the meat. For the topping I put ketchup on half and barbecue on the other. Both sides turned out delicious but the barbecue gave it a little more of a kick. I do recommend trying! Also I had to cook for 50 mins instead of 45 mins and to add to one reviewer, one whole sleeve of saltine crackers is 2 cups. My kids absolutely loved it and my husband couldnt get enough! I will definitely be making this one again!! Thank you Steve for posting!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
I've already made this twice! The first time I used root beer but I bought boston butt or pork shoulder and I used stubbs bbq sauce (2 bottles) and it was yummy! I cooked it on low almost all day and it was moist but didnt shred as easy as I hoped, but still good. I just made it again but didnt have root beer and used 2 cans of coke instead and cooked it on high most of the day and used a very lean pork tenderloin and it pretty much shredded itself without the fat chunks! I used 2 bottles of bulls-eye and it was just as yummy if not better! This recipe is soo simple and is soo good! I suggest to follow the directions with the tenderloin cooked in coke, drained and add your fav bbq sauce. Easy

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2011
Me and my husband absolutly loved these kabobs! The steak was soo juicy and was the best steak i have ever cooked! I only marinated the steak for about 6 hours and they were still awesome i can only imagine over night. Im making these again and this time i want to try squash and zuchinni. I wasnt a big fan on the tomatoes but the pineapples and the mush rooms were delisious, i'll definitly keep those. I will do the green pepper again but this time i'll take the advice of the recipe and blanch them first. I also highly recommend tossing all the veggies in olive oil, garlic salt, and pepper before putting them on the skewers. These are by far my most favorite recipe.

Easy Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
I loved this recipe! It definitly wasnt like the traditional red beans and rice but it was really good and it was healtly. I sauted the onions, pepper, garlic and sausage together first and i added and extra can of kidney beans. I also combined the cooked rice at the end and i served it with cornbread. MMMMMM!
