This was delicious! I did make a few changes according to what I had on hand. I added celery, sweet potatoes and onion (instead of onion powder) for more vegetables. Instead of mango chutney I had a mango that I cut up and simmered with sugar, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and ginger. I also used pinto beans instead of kidney beans. The last change I made was that I didn't put coconut milk right into the chili since not everyone in my house likes it. We just poured it into our own bowls before eating. I was really pleased with the way this recipe turned out!!! Thank you!!!
