Grilled Sausage with Potatoes and Green Beans

I put everything in a baking dish covered with foil and cooked it in the oven at 425 for 30 minutes. It was very yummy, but way too much pepper for me. Next time I'd probably use half the pepper that it calls for.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

Per some of the other reviews, I doubled the sauce and I added a frozen bag of mixed broccoli, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. I served with basmati rice. Very tasty and easy!

The only suggestion I have for next time is to add some Italian seasoning and/or some garlic. Other than that, it was easy and delicious!

Taco Pies

5 stars with a few modifications. I fully baked the pie crusts according to the directions on them. I added the onion in while browning the meat to soften it. Once the meat was browned, I added taco seasoning and water per the taco seasoning mix packet. I added ingredients in the following order: refried beans, taco meat & onions, cheese, crushed tortilla chips. Once the pie was done baking, I topped with taco sauce, lettuce, tomato, black olives, and sour cream. YUM!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

These are the best enchiladas in the world! I've made them several times just as the recipe says. However, this time I made 2 slight changes. I feel cooking and shredding the chicken is typically the most time consuming part, so instead I put 2 chicken breasts in the crock pot before I left for work this morning. I covered them with water and added 2 tsp of chicken bouillon, and voila, the easiest to shred chicken when I got home from work to make dinner. The second change I made was using 8" tortillas instead of 12". I'm not quite sure how you are supposed to fit 5 12" filled tortillas in a 9x13 dish, but by using 5 8" tortillas I was able to use all the filling and fit them all in the 9x13 dish. Hope these little tricks helps a few others! It is definitely time consuming, but so worth it!

Butternut Squash Bisque

Delicious! I used 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp of pepper. Also I used 2 cans of vegetable stock. It was very good! I will definitely make again.

Barbequed Ribs

Best ribs I've ever had, hands down! My brother-in-law said this may have been one of the best dinners he's ever eaten. I served with pasta salad and corn on the cob. The recipe for the barbeque sauce I incredible. I think it may replace any other barbeque I ever use.

Taco Casserole

Very good! Made exactly as shown. I think next time I'd use diced tomatoes with green chilies, and mix cheese and chips throughout and then top with more cheese.

Turkey-Cheese Macaroni Bake

It was good, kind of bland. I added some Sicilian seasoning blend on it before eating. I highly recommend NOT putting it under the broiler for the last 5 minutes. I did that for 4 minutes and the top was black when I took it out.

Baked French Toast

Yummy! I made for Christmas brunch and it was a hit! Keep an eye on the oven towards the end of cooking; mine puffed up and started to bubble over. You might want to put a cookie sheet on the rack underneath.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Dijon Sauce
