Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

I didn't like the way this recipe was written because it left out the step of shelling the eggs and then cutting them in half. One could assume that is obvious, but with new cooks, that is an important consideration. I love these deviled eggs, or any deviled eggs. I experiment with them all the time. I would love to see a cook book just on deviled eggs. Different flavored mustards are great. And putting the yolk mixture in a baggy and then cutting the corner off it so you can pipe the mixture into the half egg is fun also.

Molasses Cookies IV

This recipe turned out to be a sticky mess. In the morning, the dough was as soft as it was the night before. I followed it to a tee, and still it was a mess. Not sure I will try it again.

Kristen's Awesome Oatmeal Cookies

I was looking for a cookie recipe with stuff around the house and this happened to foot the bill. A super easy recipe; great tasting cookie. I used about 3/4 cup brown sugar (that was all I had) and doubled the cinnamon ( because I love it) and they came out tasting great. It's a keeper. Thanks Ms. Hathaway

Summer Potato Salad

This is a wonderful potato salad and so easy to put together. I will be using it from now on at the church pinics, etc. I am a male, recently divorced, so any EASY recipe is a good start toward getting my vote.

Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

I was very pleased with the taste and ease of this recipe. The only thing I would have added to the recipe, or just a notation, is the preparation of noodles for the beef stroganof to go over or a baked potato. A superb recipe. I am using it next time I have comppany. YUMMY!

Peach Pie

A fine recipe made easier with ready made crusts. Perfect for fresh Ga. peaches. Next time I will cut down of the sugar some, but the taste is very good.
