Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
Absolutely delicious and so simple! I did what the others recommended and added potatoes, pealed and quartered and carrots, diced with a chopped onion instead of the aluminum foil at the bottom, and added 1/2 a cut of chicken broth at the bottom. A 1/4 would have been enough as the juices from the chicken practically filled the pot, but it made a delicious gravy when mixed with a white sauce of flour and water. I also quartered the chicken as last time I made this recipe it didn't cook all the way through. I would repeat this recipe for years to come!
