Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup
Very good. I added some potato and left out the zucchini (I'm just not a fan). I will most likely add vegetarian "beef" crumbles in the future. Will make again.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers
took these to the last cookout before winter and they went over very well! We grilled two and baked two to see which were better, and I would recommend baking them. Also, I like my black bean burgers spicy, and while these were good, they were a bit bland, so I will no doubt be spicing them up in the future. Also, I added corn and took the suggestion to add 50% more bread crumbs... it was a winning combo! I will most definitely be making these again!

Easy Vegetable Pot Pie
this is a good base recipe. In the future, however, I will probably use fresh veggies because, while this recipe as-is is definitely convenient, it has a bit of a "canned" taste to it. Also, it was a bit heavy on the thyme for my taste. Will make again with just a few modifications.
