I'm an officer of my local union who fortunately has a wonderful wife who is a superb cook and who does 99% of the cooking! So I'm sort of new at cooking, but as my wife tells me, if you can read, you're halfway there!

Anything easy! Macaroni and cheese is my favorite thing to cook.

I don't have any other than fulfilling my responsibility of staying out of the kitchen when my wife is cooking.

Tried to cook grits one time when I was left to fend for myself and made a complete watery mess.

Grilled Pineapple
I just bought a pineapple slicer and tried it out and used this terrific recipe. I added a pinch of cinnamon to the ingredients. We had this with grilled salmon and asparagus wrapped with prosciutto. I will make this again. Vacu Vin pineapple slicer worked great too!

Pressure Cooker Chili
I think this is a great recipe, and I don't think it's missing anything. I made this for a potluck dinner, and it was one of the first things to go. I don't have a pressure cooker so I cooked the ground beef, onions and peppers on the stove and then made the recipe in the crockpot. I will make this again.

Spicy Bok Choy in Garlic Sauce
I found a printed copy of this recipe on the train. My lucky day! Great recipe. Great website! The sauce is really good. This was my first time eating bok choy, and I'm glad I tried it with this recipe. I did find myself wondering what to do with the remaining oil until I went back and saw in the first review that it should be used to stir fry the remaining bok choy. I had already passed this point so I used it to stir fry shrimp.
