Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2011
Didn't have dry mustard so I left it out, but it was still delicious! Very spicy.

I skip the ham to make it vegetarian, add 6 cups chicken broth and disregaurd the milk. Super easy, super delicious.

Shrimp Tempura

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
I used the batter part of this recipe for vegetable tempura. The only thing I did differently was to use sesame oil in the place of shortening, because I didn't have any. I also used less oil. This was my first time making tempura, and it was absolutely delicious!

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2011
My husband and I loved this recipe. It was probably the best shrimp I've ever made. I followed the recipe except I didn't have any green onion, and I added some lime juice and cayenne pepper for extra heat. Delicious!

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
Best kebabs I've ever had. My husband loved them as well. I don't have a grill so I broiled in the oven for five minutes on each side.

Baked Bar-be-Que Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2011
Fall apart tender as promised! Before adding the barbecue sauce I did add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper, but I'm sure it would have been delicious without the additional spices.

No Roll Pie Crust I

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
Definetely easy to make, which is a plus. A bit difficult to make even without a rolling pin, but it's not a dealbreaker. Make sure you dont't make it too thick - It never browned for me so I just kept baking it, and overcooked it, otherwise great recipe overall.

My Grandmother's French Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
I didn't have blue cheese so I omitted it, and it was still delicious. I only added a little more than 1/3 cup sugar though. I took the advice of the other reviews and added it last so I could test how much I wanted. I also put it in my blender after added the onion and garlic.

Nadine's Delicious Tilapia

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
This recipe was absolutely beatiful. It was simple, delicious, and very clean looking. I have been trying to implement more fish into our diet, but that has proved difficult because my husband hates fish. His exact words were, "This is the best fish I have ever had!" Success :)

Best Ever Creamy Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
This was absolutely delicious! I have a hard time getting my husband to eat vegetables, but he loved this. It turned out very green, which I loved but he was hesitant about, but it was so good he didn't mind!
