LOVED these bars! Super healthy and delicious! The man at home doesn't care much for "Seeds" and completely stuck his nose up to the ingrdients in this recipe, but he gobbled them up!! Thanks so much for this recipe, will make again and again!

Health Nut Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
The flavor of these muffins was just ok. I will probably make again but will sub brown sugar for the white, add way more blueberries, and I think it would make a better loaf then a muffin. They were however super moist and healthy for a morning snack!

DELICIOUS! Next time I will saute some garlic and S&P in with the shrooms. You have to REALLY love mushrooms for this one, which I do so I loved it! Will definetly make this one again!

Soft Garlic Breadsticks

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
This was my first time making bread dough from scratch, so that could be why my results weren't that great. I thought this recipe was lacking a lot of flavor, and the breadsticks were just ok as far as texture goes. They were a little too dense for me, I prefer a nice light fluffy breadstick. I probably won't use this recipe again for breadsticks, but possibly as a pizza dough starter after I add my own seasonings.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Oct. 5, 2009
LOVED this recipe! Taste just like the stuff you get at Olive Garden but better cause it's homemade! I didn't have bacon on hand, but I do think it would have added a nice extra depth of flavor, so don't skimp if you don't have to! I also used spicey italian sausage out of personal preference, as well as kale instead of spinach and it was amazing!

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
I LOVE this recipe! We are huge cilantro fans, and the combination of the cilantro and sesame is surprisingly delicious! I did not use as much oil as called for, and cut back on the sesame seeds, added crushed red pepper. I prefer it cold, and think it needs time in the fridge to "marinate". Good stuff!!

Zucchini and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2009
I subbed carrots for my bell pepper as we aren't huge fans of cooked bells. Added a few sprinkles of parmesan cheese towards the end, very colorful, delicious, versatile and healthy side dish, thanks for sharing!

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2009
I have no idea why this is good but it works! I marinated my chicken in yoshidas for about 5 hours, browned, then baked with the ranch and cheese. I didn't have bacon on hand and it was still yummy! Will definetly be making this oddly delicious dish again!

Gyoza

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
REALLY enjoyed this recipe but there is one thing I think was left out that is a crucial step in making it easier to roll the wontons. Once all your filling has been cooked together, throw it in a food processor and pulse a few times so the texture is a little mushier. Trust me it is SO much easier to handle and mold into place once inside the wrapper. I didn't figure this out until about half way through chasing pieces of pork all over the counter. All in all a very yummy recipe and the dipping sauce is so simple yet SO fantastic!

Sukhothai Pad Thai

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
This recipe is a good starting point but definetly needs some sprucing up: I made my own tamarind paste from raw tamarind as another user suggested. It is a bit of work but definetly worth it. I can't believe there is no SPICE in the original recipe! So when I made my sauce, I added a few tablespoons of hot chili garlic sauce,a tablespoon or so of fish sauce, and also added in a tablespoon of peanut butter and cut WAY back on the sugar (used not even half of what was called for). Since we like our food HOT HOT HOT, I also added in some siracha when I scrambled my eggs. With the changes I made we REALLY enjoyed this recipe!

It was super moist and delish, a gorgeous non traditional birthday cake thanks for sharing!

Pesto Mushroom Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
I modified this recipe a bit and it was deLICIOUS! So I made my homemade pesto and pounded the breasts out as in the recipe, but instead of cooking seperatly, I rolled it up, seared it and finished off in the oven, topped with extra cheese. Sauteed the mushrooms with evoo butter garlic s+p, and a little sherry. Topped the stuffed breast, it was amazing! Yum!
