Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce
Excellent. My wife does not like nuts, so we replaced nuts with Ritz crackers. This works but doesn't have the same crunch factor. We will definitely try this with different kinds of fish in the future.

Porcini Pork Tenderloin
Excellent. Kids love it too. Substituted shiitake. Definitely use less herbs de Provence (about 1/4 cup is more than enough). I think the stated baking time is too short, needs at least 40min in oven. Will be trying the sauce on other meats.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
This is a great dish that will be used the next time I have friends over. Easy and full of flavor. I asdded 1/2 cup baby bella mushrooms.
