Honey Dijon Balsamic Vinaigrette

Just made this for our dinner tonight. Really delicious just as it stands....for our flavour preferences though, I added 1/4 tsp of Herb de Provence. If I had anymore of Trader Joes "flower pepper" I would have used that. Also, added a small fresh garlic clove. Processed all in my mini food processor. Love it.

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Really love the concept of this dish. Because I can't help myself.....these are my changes. I added my homemade basil pesto, fresh picked Chantrell mushrooms, red pepper flakes, Spanish sweet paprika, chunks of Provolone cheese and Old Bay Seasoning. Big bold flavour in a creamy sauce. Love it.

Creamy Goat Cheese and Honey

I cut back on the honey because I thought it would be too sweet. Big mistake! I will make these again because they are different and delicious. I will definitely use all the honey as directed.

Manicotti Italian Casserole

I made this for a pot-luck dinner. I was disappointed in the outcome. Not distinctly flavourful. There were leftovers that I ate the next day and by then the flavour was more enhanced. I won't make this again for guests. Ok for just a family weeknight dinner.

Mouth Watering Ribs

This is my first time making ribs. The flavour was delicious. However, I think the oven temp. is too low. Sauce took forever to carmelize. I had my guests in a holding pattern for 45 minutes longer than the time I had planned to serve dinner. Will make again with a higher oven temp.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

I loved the flavour of this reduction. My husband not so much. He said that it overpowered the flavour of the lamb. Our guests did not rave over it either.

Balsamic Tortellini

This was much better than I anticipated. Will even serve to guests as a special dinner option. I used regular bacon as I didn't have pancetta. I added a cube of my homemade pesto, fresh garlic and sliced fresh mushrooms with a little hit of chilli flakes. YUM, YUM.

Baked Beet Root With Yogurt Walnut Dressing

I am a huge fan of baked beets. So, I served this as a pre-dinner appy-type dish. I served it at room temp. My guests thought it was so wonderful in flavour,pretty to look at and creative. I'm going to make it again for my Thankgiving dinner buffet table. Excellent recipe!

Best Lemonade Ever

This recipe was so easy and quick. I have never tried to make lemonade before. During our heat wave this is a perfect beverage. Served it to my neighbor who raved over it. This will be in my refidgerator all summer! Excellent starter for cocktails too!!

Ultimate Green Beans

Tenderloin with Spicy Gorgonzola-Pine Nut-Herb Butter

I served this superb butter recipe on my barbecue party buffet table. People spread it on their chicken breasts, roasted corn on the cob and on their grilled crusty bread. Fabulous flavour and sooo many uses. Definitely will serve again and again.

Broccoli Crawfish Cheese Soup
