Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)
I'm going to give it 3 out of 5 stars because I didn't see any difference from the way I usually do it. I put the eggs in a pot and add water to about 2 inches above the eggs. Once the water gets to a rolling boil, I turn the heat off and leave the eggs in the pot for about 30 minutes. I cool them off by emptying the hot water out of the pot and fill it with cold water and ice cubes and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Peeling the eggs is very easy at this point.

Hot 'n' Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad
My husband and son love wings and everywhere we go, we try them out. They RAVED about this salad and keep asking for it time and time again!
