Delicious Black Bean Burritos
This was really good. I made the following changes after reading the other reviews. I added 1/2 can of tomatos w/chilies, 1tsp each of cumin/chili powder, 1/2 can corn, brown rice, left over rotisserie chicken from earlier in the week and increased the cream cheese to 6 oz( used low fat) because it looked dry. This is tasty, quick and inexpensive. Can't wait to have the left overs. Thanks for the great recipe.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Very Good. I coated a 3 1/2 lb bottom round roast with flour that was seasoned with rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper. I then browned it before adding it to the slow cooker. I mixed 1 can of l/f mushroom soup with 1 pkg onion soup mix, 1 tsp horseradish and a few shakes of worcester sauce and pour it over the roast. Set the cooker on low for 7 hours and then added onions, carrots and stringbeans and switched it to high for 1 hour. It came out so tender and flavorful plus the house smelled great whole day. My husband and 5 year old son both loved it and cleaned their plates.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
Good and easy recipe. I took the advise of the other reviewers and tweaked it a little. I rubbed the chicken with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and salt & pepper before browning it. Then I added more cumin and cayene pepper with the vinegar and used cilantro instead of oregano. I used 2 pounds of chicken and have enough left over for lunch tomorrow.
