Bacon Cheddar Jalapeno Poppers

Awesome!! Made these for the superbowl this evening & they were a hit! I also read reviews before I made these and followed the advice to cook the bacon to soft stage and glad I did cause watching them cook in the oven made me want to eat them before they cooked hehe...The only problem I had was the bacon shrunk & broke apart on some poppers but my own fault for wrapping the bacon to tight around the jalapenos. The bacon gives these a great smokey flavor which you dont even miss the breading or deep fat fried taste. I baked mine in the oven at 350 degrees for about 15-18 minutes. They came out great! Will be making these more often, recipes going in my recipe box thats for sure. Thanks a bunch for posting!!

Spicy Barbecued Peanuts

Burger or Hot Dog Buns

Love these buns !!! Very good recipe, I just love the smell that this bread makes throughout my house when it's baking...yummmm! I mix all ingredients in my bread machine, then I roll the dough into balls on my baking sheet, usually one or two of them come out a little smaller than the others...LOL but I guess I just gotta practice my baking skills..lol. Thank you for this wonderful recipe! It's a keeper in my recipe book!

Jimmy's Mexican Pizza

Good blend of flavors in this recipe but not what I was expecting in the finished product. I tried this recipe thinking it would be simular to a fast food chains recipe for mexican pizza but was not it. I did like this recipe for the ease of preparation for on busy weeknight meals. Next time I think I might try frying the tortilla in oil to make it crispier and adding some cilantro and guacamole to the mix yummm..Thank you for this recipe Jimmy! I will add this recipe to our monthly menu.

Mom's Ginger Snaps

great ginger snap recipe, I made these to give as gifts to relatives and they came out great! I did double the spices as stated in other reviews & it made them taste wonderful not overpowering at all. I also recommend that you bake them for only 10 minutes, I try'd the first batch at 12 mins. & they came out just a tad bit burnt so I finished baking the cookies for only 10 minutes. Thank You so much for this yummy recipe!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Excellent! very yummy recipe. I substituted corn tortillas in place of the flour tortillas, just to make it seem more authentic and came out very yummy. I also added a can of cream of chicken soup just to add more flavor & stretch the sauce out further. I added a little chopped cilantro to the sauce mixture and came out great. Thanks for sharing this recipe, I will be making this in the future at least once a month! THANKS AGAIN!!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

EXCELLENT!!!! Very good crust...I have tried several crust recipes, none of which come close to this recipe. I will be making this pizza crust from now on! Thank you Jay for sharing this recipe. This crust comes very close to some pizza chains out there & now that I have found it I wont be visiting any of those places anymore...lol Again thank you Jay for sharing !!!!!

Simple Maple Syrup

Love this recipe very good taste & so easy to make I doubled this recipe so I can have some in my pantry for later.Tasted as good as the store bought stuff..but costs much less, I definately will be making this recipe again. Thanks Kristy!

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

This was my first time attempting to make peanut brittle & the results were Great!,the recipe was easy to follow & the finished product was YUMMY!,best part I like most about it is your able to use the microwave, very easy & fast to make. Fat Free Refried Beans

Love this recipe...I used pinto beans instead of black beans for this recipe, not a big black bean fan,the results were Great!
