Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2011
Very tasty!!! I made a few changes based on reviews and what I had on hand, but not so much that it changed the essence of the recipe. Very good and we'll definitely make this again.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
Awesome! I made cloverleafs instead of crescents, and since I don't have a bread machine, I followed other reviews and used my Kitchenaid mixer. These are fantastic and I'll be making them often!

Yowza! This was excellent! I never knew gnocchi was so easy to make. I have my own sauce recipe, so I can't rate that, but wow. Thank you! I will be making this again and again!

Honey Wheat Bread II

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2011
This was my first time ever making homemade bread and it was a success! Thank you so much for this easy recipe. The only thing I did differently was to do 3 cups whole wheat flour and 4 cups all-purpose.

YUM! The only change I made was to double up on the cinnamon (we love it). These were gone in no time!

Beer-Baked Irish Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2011
Excellent! I didn't have any Guinness, so I just used 3 cups or so of beef broth. I also added two large potatoes, peeled and chopped. Smelled SO wonderful in my crockpot all day. Thanks so much for this recipe.

Irish Soda Bread in a Skillet

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2011
Very tasty! I've never had Irish Soda Bread before, so I had nothing to compare to, but my Irish husband really liked it. I added a tbsp of sugar and since I don't have an iron skillet, I baked on a cookie sheet w/ parchment paper for 25 minutes. Once it was done, I brushed it w/ melted butter and sprinkled carraway seeds on top. Was great with our beef stew for St. Pat's!

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
These are great! Even better than a store-bought Auntie Anne's baking kit. The only adjustment I made was using 2 cups all-purpose flour and 2.5 cups whole wheat flour. Yum! Thank you for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2010
Yum! This is perfect for a cold, windy day. I only made a couple changes after reading reviews. Used a can of chicken broth instead of all water. Added poultry seasoning, celery salt, and pepper. And I flattened the biscuits and cut them into strips. Great, comforting meal that we all enjoyed.

Best Apple Crisp Ever

Fantastic. I followed the recipe exactly and it was wonderful. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. My husband raved about it. Definitely will be making this again and again.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2010
Excellent! I only did two things different: instead of roasting the garlic beforehand, I minced it and just combined with the other ingredients. Also, I took the suggestion of other reviewers and used the entire package of cream cheese. My husband and I loved this recipe, and would've polished off the whole dish if only we had bigger stomachs. ;)

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: May 11, 2010
Finally! I've been looking for a good chocolate chip cookie recipe for years. I thought I had found a decent one last Christmas but this recipe is BY FAR the best I've tried. I think it's the melted butter! Thank you so much for this.

Yum! This cookie reminded me of ginger snaps, just with apple chunks added. So delicious. I'll be making these again, especially in autumn months.

Dog Treats I

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2011
Great, easy recipe. The dough was such a nice consistency and rolled out so nicely for me (and I always have trouble rolling sugar cookie dough!). I used beef broth in place of milk & beef boullion and honey instead of sugar. Smelled great in the oven and my dogs really seem to enjoy them! I'll definitely try a variation with peanut butter in the future.

Yum! I didn't have any almond extract, but otherwise made the recipe as is and it was great. Will use this as my go-to spritz recipe. Thanks!
