Crescent Cookies

They crumbled after I baked them. The flavor was good, but other than that they were pretty bad.

My rating is a little inaccurate because I am rating these muffins with the changes I made. I followed some of the other reviews, particularly, TUNISIANSWIFE, and my muffins turned out amazing. I shredded 1 cup of the apples and chopped the other ½ cup. I added 1 teaspoon cinnamon and ½ teaspoon nutmeg to the batter. I also added 1 child’s snack size cinnamon applesauce to the batter. The muffins turned out decadent and moist. I had to turn my kids away after 2 large muffins. I will make these again and again.

Cranberry Hootycreeks

I was looking for a great homemade christmas gift. These look so pretty in the jars, that I decided to give them a try. I was skeptical, because I am not a huge white chocolate fan. I made a sample batch last night and could not stop eating them. Excellent cookie! I followed the directions exactly, except I skipped the nuts and cooked them a minute or two longer than the recipe said. Will make again, probably today!
