This was delicious. Took others advise and amended the amounts of the butter & olive oil . Next time I'm going to use a variety of mushrooms. Served over fluffy noodles. Yum

Jalapeno Popper Spread

This is great. I've been asked to share the recipe every time I make it. It's fun to watch guests guess what the flavor is. Great tailgate appetizer if you have a way to keep it warm.

Pork Roast with Sauerkraut and Kielbasa

This is the second time I made this for New Years. We love it. Make sure to use the juice from one of the sauerkraut containers and leave out the kielbasa until the last hour. Served with mashed potatoes.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

Fabulous! Made as directed but didn't have chives. Took longer than 20 minutes for me and I thought I had the broth hot enough. Who cares!? It was delicious. Next time I'm going to experiment with a variety of wild mushrooms. Great recipe Myleen:)

Skillet Deep Dish Pizza

This is my recipe and I hope you'll like it. I don't normally like green peppers on my pizza but because you saute them with the sausage it mellows them out and really gives it a nice flavor. You can vary the other toppings to your taste!

Best Beef Dip Ever

This was fabulous. I give this 5 stars with a stipulation. I had to incorporate many of the review suggestions to make it work. I used 1/2 beef broth and 1/2 water. Put the spices in a spice bag which I removed after cooking. Separated the meat and broth over night. Took off the fat (1/4 inch!) and poured the broth through a cheesecloth. Then combined the broth and meat in a pan on warm for about an hour. My Dad couldn't put it down. Can't wait to make it again!

Italian Sausage Soup

Fabulous. It's a keeper! Per other suggestions I added some onion to the sausage and garlic and a little additional beef broth and stewed tomatoes. Thanks!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

We love this! I up the onion and celery to 1 cup each, use a 16 oz. package of small diced ham and all chicken broth instead of water. Yum!

Spicy Garlic and Pepper Shrimp

The husband just voted this a keeper. Made it as directed except.....doubled the cabbage and onions and sauteed the onion with the shrimp and garlic to soften. Delicious. Thanks!
