Seven Layer Tortilla Pie
Nice twist! I added a few changes - ground beef with taco seasonings - great way to use left overs! Makes a lot too - also works reheated. I used lowfat cheese and sourcream, fat free refried beans and whole wheat tortillas and you never would have known! Thanks...

Grandma Johnson's Scones
Great base recipe, although was very dry on the offset. I added OJ and fat free half and half to get a dough to form. Great base for all flavors though....made orange, chocolate chip scones. Nice flake to them, dense and moist. Better after a day of sitting a mellowing.

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip
Thish was awesome! I used lowfat ingredients, but added 2% colby jack into the mix itself...it was wonderful! Thanks. This is a recipe I've been searching for!
