Very tasty. I made a double batch for a work party and there were almost none left. I added the zest of one of the lemons to the marinade, but I love lemon. I think that next time I will use the amount of parsley called for but will use fresh parsley instead of dried... I think that is what is missing.... maybe use fresh thyme too... will definitely make again

Peppermint Meringues

This is a favourite. Quick and easy to make - especially if you buy your egg whites in a carton. I bake them in the evening and at the end of the baking time turn off the oven and leave them unitl morning. You can use different coloured/flavoured candy canes for different effects.

Ultimate Cranberry Pudding Cake

The sauce is what makes this cake so great. I took this cake to a Hanukkah party and a Christmas party last year and it got rave reviews at both. I can't remember when I've had so many requests for one recipie. I will be making this, by request :) every year from now on.
